Tuesday Ten - Random
First, Happy 2012 if I haven’t said it already!
Nothing too exciting going on here, just planning out the next couple of months and trying not to get carried away. As I may have mentioned in the past, I am most likely spending the month of April in LA in order to decide if I want to commit to moving. I’m laying out a game plan but not setting anything in stone yet…
In order to kill some time (I’m currently deciding if I want to make myself mac & cheese or ramen) I decided to knock out a Tuesday Ten. I’ve been pretty bad about keeping up with these so I’m going to try and get back into the swing of them while I have down time.
Let’s start with a random. If you have any ideas for a future Tuesday Ten or Friday Five feel free to leave a response or send me a message!
Tuesday Ten - First Impressions
Ok so the way I went about this list of first impressions was I literally applied the product and went back and forth in the mirror to the computer writing down what I saw, felt, smelled, etc. So you pretty much get a play by play. I hope you guys find this useful and I will try and follow up with anything that I decide to keep using!
Tuesday Ten - 10 Movie Scenes That Guarantee Tears (from me)
I don’t consider myself to be a crazy movie or TV buff but I watch my fair share. While winding down one night last week I was sitting in front of the TV dreading my next Tuesday Ten. I didn’t think it would be as hard as it is when I decided to commit but here I am…did it to my damn self! Anyway I started crying during a scene. I knew it was coming because it ALWAYS does, so naturally I watch it and cry. Girls, we do it to ourselves right? Some of you (guys) are probably saying “Then why don’t you change the channel!?” or something of that nature…well SHUT UP.
Thanks to that moment of weakness, it led me to think of all the other movie scenes that make me shed a tear. So here’s another fantastically terrible Tuesday Ten. It’s mostly death scenes…so you may leave feeling pretty depressed.
Note: I was laughing at myself the whole time making this list. I tried to give brief descriptions of the scenes and why they trigger tears but then I’d feel them start to well up so I’d have to try and pull it together. I’m ridiculous. Feel free to laugh at me/this list.

Tuesday Ten - 10 Favorite Cover Songs
If you know me at all, you know that I like a good cover song. I don’t know how or why I started getting into them but I think that they’re fun. It’s hard to impress people when you’re changing a song that they already know and love; so I give props to those who take on the challenge and do it well. There are TONS of BAD ones out there, but occasionally you find a gem.
Now fair warning, my music taste isn’t for everyone so you could potentially hate everything on this list! I tried to pick videos with the least amount of “cheese” or really bad picture montages but ultimately I hope you will at least try and listen to a few and give props to the clever ones. This was a fun one!
